01/ Is buying a construction contract (build slot) safe?
We have a strict due diligence procedure on both the buyer and the seller, including identification, company, and social media research. Our lawyer verifies original documents and manufacturer invoices. Both parties must sign an NDA before exchanging sensitive information.
02/ When do I have to pay the premium?
The premium is paid upon signing the agreement with our lawyers, which includes any deposit or payment the seller made to the manufacturer. Once signed, the buyer pays the seller’s premium, refunds the deposit, and continues any further payments directly or via legal representation.
03/ Do I have to pay the manufacturer?
Yes. After the premium is paid, there may be staggered payments to the manufacturer, handled by you, our lawyer, or your lawyer. Receipts are always provided.
04/ Can I pick up the car?
Yes, but it will be delivered in the name of the original owner. You may re-register the car afterward. Until the restriction ends, service, recall, and warranty issues must go through the initial registered name.
05/ Can the car be shipped to another country?
Typically, cars must be picked up at the original owner’s dealership. However, Asian-ordered vehicles may be shipped internationally upon request. After pick-up, cars can be shipped anywhere.
06/ Can I buy the car tax-free?
Yes, most of our construction lots are tax-free. You will pay taxes in the country of registration.
07/ What will happen if the manufacturer cancels the car?
Although rare, it is contractually covered. If cancelled, the seller must refund the buyer in full within 10 business days of notification.
08/ Can I specify the car?
Yes. Most build slots are configurable. Use the manufacturer’s online configurator or send us your desired specs. We’ll confirm cost and availability.
09/ Can I visit and inspect the car in person?
Yes, in most cases a physical inspection can be arranged for serious buyers. Please contact us to schedule a private viewing, subject to owner approval and confidentiality agreements.
10/ Is financing or leasing available for this car?
